I have mild to moderate rosacea with frequent flares of red bumps on my face. As long as I use Cetephil gentle and Cerave facial lotion I have cured this problem. I have unfortunately learned that I can't experiment with and "play" with any other facial products or I'll have a problem that will take weeks to heal. This seems to help protect my skin so that I can use makeup without a problem -- although I rarely need it because my skin is so pretty now. I went to a dermatologist to examine pimples on this 78 year old face, after treatment the doctor suggested I use Cerave AM and PM and the cleanser. Result no more pimples around the cheek and chin area. I'm sold on these products, no more expensive, greasy, over the counter creams and lotions just daily Cerave products.
